Job Details

This role sits at the intersection of product strategy and engineering execution. Approximately 75% of the position is focused on traditional product management, including roadmap ownership, product strategy, and cross-functional collaboration. The remaining 25% is centered on technical leadership, including oversight of the mobile application, code reviews, and pull request reviews.

  • Mobile Roadmap: Take ownership of the mobile product roadmap, driving strategy and execution across both iOS and Android.
  • Customer & Product Discovery: Gather user insights, identify key pain points, and turn those findings into meaningful product features and improvements.
  • Engineering Leadership: Manage a distributed team of iOS and Android contract engineers, leading sprint planning, and stand-ups
  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate closely with marketing, hardware engineering, and customer support to ensure a cohesive product experience.
  • Mobile Architecture: Set the direction for mobile application architecture with a focus on scalability, reliability, and security.
  • Integrations: Oversee integrations with backend APIs, connected devices, and external services.
  • Release Management: Own mobile release workflows, including App Store and Google Play management and deployment processes.

What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of product management experience, including at least 3 years working directly with mobile applications.
  • Hands-on mobile development experience using technologies such as Swift, Kotlin, React Native, or Flutter.
  • Strong understanding of mobile UX/UI principles, agile development practices, and building products around customer needs.
