Introduction

The Oracle Fusion Security Consultant will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud Security solutions across financial and enterprise applications. The consultant will partner with business, audit, compliance, and technology teams to ensure secure access controls, Segregation of Duties (SoD), SOX compliance, and governance standards are implemented and maintained across the Oracle Fusion environment.

Responsibilities

  • Design, configure, and maintain Oracle Fusion Security frameworks.
  • Create and manage job roles, duty roles, data roles, and user provisioning processes.
  • Support SOX compliance initiatives and audit requirements.
  • Perform security assessments and access reviews to ensure compliance with internal controls.
  • Analyze and remediate segregation of duties conflicts.
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to implement secure access models.
  • Support user access management, security troubleshooting, and production support activities.
  • Maintain security documentation, control matrices, and audit evidence.
  • Participate in security testing, releases, and organizational change initiatives.
  • Recommend security improvements and governance best practices across Oracle Fusion applications.

Qualifications

  • 15+ years of Oracle ERP experience.
  • Minimum 4+ years of hands-on Oracle Fusion Security experience.
  • Strong experience with SOX controls, audits, and compliance requirements.
  • Deep understanding of Oracle Fusion security architecture and access management.
  • Experience supporting large enterprise Oracle Cloud implementations.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Oracle Risk Management Cloud (RMC).
  • Experience performing role redesign and SoD remediation projects.
  • Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Financials, SCM, HCM, or Procurement security models.
  • Prior consulting experience supporting enterprise cloud transformations.
