Summary

Position Overview

We are hiring for an experienced HRIS Analyst with strong skills in HRIS administration, data integrity, reporting, workflow configuration, and process optimization. This key role supports high-impact modernization and workforce operations by ensuring our HR technology is accurate, efficient, and positioned to scale with organizational growth.
As the HRIS Analyst, you will serve as the primary system administrator, driving improvements in HR workflows, data quality, reporting, and user experience. You will partner closely with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and IT to enhance system performance, deliver actionable insights, and support ongoing HRIS enhancements and implementations. This role is essential in advancing our digital transformation and strengthening the employee lifecycle processes across the organization.

What you'll do in this role

System Administration & Configuration

  • Serve as the primary administrator for the HRIS platform and related modules.
  • Configure and maintain workflows, business rules, permissions, security roles, and automation.
  • Set up new job sites, job codes, compensation structures, and benefit deduction groups.
  • Manage system releases, updates, and regression testing in collaboration with internal teams and system vendors.
  • Support annual processes such as benefits open enrollment and year-end configuration, including data validation and imports.

Data Integrity & Auditing

  • Review and approve employee lifecycle workflows for accuracy and compliance.
  • Perform routine audits to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and alignment with HR policies.
  • Identify and resolve data discrepancies and partner with teams to improve data entry practices.
  • Support secure data transfers and integrations between the HRIS and other internal/external systems.
  • Maintain and strengthen data governance practices to align with privacy, regulatory, and audit requirements.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Develop, maintain, and automate recurring HR dashboards and reports.
  • Complete complex ad-hoc reporting to support workforce planning, compliance, and business strategy.
  • Provide insights on key HR metrics including headcount, turnover, talent, and compensation trends.
  • Support regulatory and compliance reporting (EEO, VETS, ACA, etc.).

User Support & Training

  • Serve as the subject matter expert for HRIS functionality and best practices.
  • Provide end-user support and troubleshoot system issues.
  • Train HR, Payroll, and department leaders on system features and workflows.
  • Develop user guides, job aids, process maps, and other training materials.

Process Improvement & Innovation

  • Identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend improvements or automation opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to standardize processes across the employee lifecycle.
  • Coordinate enhancements, system fixes, and new module rollouts with vendors and IT.
  • Participate in future HRIS implementation or modernization projects.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $48.00/hr.
