Job Description

We are seeking a Technical Product Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team within Product & Regulatory Operations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in data analysis, SQL, dashboarding, and AI-assisted workflows and a proven ability to drive program execution, improve product quality, and deliver scalable automation and insights.

Responsibilities:

• Support program execution strategy across multiple products and platforms, including initiating 0-to-1 efforts, accelerating execution, and improving outcomes through programmatic and technical solutions.


• Write and optimize advanced SQL queries to collect, transform, and analyze product data, identifying trends and insights that inform decisions.


• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations in tools such as Unidash and Google Sheets to enable real-time decision-making.


• Leverage AI agents and tooling to accelerate analysis, automate repetitive tasks, and prototype solutions.


• Proactively identify program risks, develop data-backed mitigation plans, and communicate updates across cross-functional teams.


• Perform general program management to surface opportunities, predict roadblocks using data, strengthen cross-functional relationships, and execute with technical rigor.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, operations, or program management with focus on technical product operations.


• Proficiency in SQL, including CTEs, window functions, joins, aggregations, and data transformations.


• Experience with AI agents and AI-assisted workflows, including effective prompting and iteration.


• Expert-level proficiency in Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets, including complex formulas, pivot tables, automation, and clear documentation.


• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously with strong organization.


• Self-starter who operates independently, takes initiative, and drives projects forward.


• Ability to learn new tools and domains quickly and adapt to changing technical requirements.


• Effective critical thinking with a track record of leveraging data to anticipate and resolve problems.


• Proven time-management and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with VS Code or similar development environments.


• Low-code or no-code prototyping and AI-assisted code generation experience.


• Dashboarding and data visualization experience with Unidash, Tableau, Looker, or similar tools.


• Familiarity with data pipelines, ETL processes, or data infrastructure concepts.


• Experience partnering with engineering on technical specifications and requirements.


• Background in quality assurance, triage operations, or ML/AI validation workflows.


• Experience testing and implementing manual and automated test strategies for products and features.
