QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 8-10 years of Solutions Architecture experience
• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Architecture
• Proven hands-on experience with data modeling, migration, multi-cloud integration (Sales, Service, Marketing Cloud)
• Proficiency with Salesforce technologies (APEX, Visualforce, Lightning/LWC, Force.com).
• Demonstrated ability to provide technical leadership and mentorship across all phases of the project lifecycle
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with a strategic and analytical approach.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and partners.
Required Certifications:
• Salesforce certifications in CDP/DataCloud, SFMC and SFSC.
• Solution Architect Certification (Any Cloud)
Roles & Responsibilities
• Architect and design scalable solution architectures aligned with enterprise standards and business objectives.
• Translate complex business needs into effective IT solutions and strategic roadmaps.
• Guide cross-functional teams through design, development, and deployment phases, ensuring architecture compliance and high-quality delivery.
• Oversee data modeling, migration, multi-cloud integration (Sales, Service, Marketing Cloud), declarative automation, and environment management.
• Promote architecture governance, communicate technical concepts to stakeholders, and ensure thorough documentation and testing protocols.
• Ability to learn/use a wide variety of open-source technologies and tools.
• Experience in architecture consulting engagements as well as experience in submitting proactive proposals to grow the business.
Generic Managerial Skills, If any
• Experience in driving continuous improvement including design, and standardization of process and methodologies.
• Experience assessing feasibility, complexity and scope of new capabilities and solutions.
• Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders/teams (architecture and infrastructure delivery teams) to ensure consistent solution design and integration.
