Summary
Fully Remote Title Agent Opportunity
As a Title Agent, you will be responsible for managing title transactions, developing client relationships, and generating revenue independently. This role requires expertise in title insurance, closing procedures, and a strong network within the real estate industry.
Responsibilities:
- Generate and manage title transactions.
- Drive business development and grow an existing client base.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and industry partners.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of Title Agent experience.
- Established, revenue-generating book of business (ideally 20-40 cases per month).
- Strong understanding of title insurance and closing procedures.
Key Advantage:
Dedicated operational and back-office support is provided, allowing the Title Agent to focus on business development and transaction generation.
Compensation:
$60,000-$90,000 base salary plus commission. Full benefits package included.
Location:
100% Remote. Locations focus on Alabama, Kentucky, Tennessee, Florida, Maryland, DC, Virginia, and Pennsylvania.
