Job Title: Data Engineering Manager

Job Description:
To lead a multidisciplinary, agile team responsible for designing, building, and operationalizing AI-enabled applications across the enterprise. These applications will consume curated data and machine learning outputs and expose intelligence through APIs, user-facing tools, embedded workflows, and automated decision systems. Design, develop, and deploy production-grade AI applications leveraging machine learning, generative AI, and advanced analytics. Lead development of AI-enabled services such as decision engines, recommendation systems, forecasting tools, copilots, and agent-based workflows. Translate business problems into scalable AI application architectures that balance speed, reliability, security, and maintainability. Define and evolve the technical architecture for AI applications in partnership with enterprise architecture and platform teams. Build reusable frameworks, APIs, and service patterns that accelerate AI solution delivery across Quantum Leap use cases. Ensure AI applications integrate seamlessly with enterprise data platforms, model pipelines, and downstream business systems. Own the full lifecycle of AI applications from prototype to production, including monitoring, retraining, and continuous improvement. Implement best practices around MLOps, model serving, prompt management, versioning, observability, security, and responsible AI usage. Ensure AI applications meet enterprise standards for performance, availability, governance, and compliance. Partner closely with data scientists, ML engineers, business intelligence teams, and product owners to deliver end-to-end AI solutions. Enable faster experimentation by abstracting infrastructure and deployment complexity away from analytics teams. Act as a technical bridge between business stakeholders and AI engineering teams. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers focused on AI application development. Evaluate and adopt emerging AI tools, frameworks, and development practices to improve team productivity and impact.
