Job Responsibilities:

• lead end-to-end solution design, technical governance, and delivery. The ideal candidate must excel at turning complex business use cases into scalable, high-performance architectures while maximizing out-of-the-box (OOB) platform capabilities to minimize unnecessary custom development.
• Prioritize native Dynamics 365 CE/Power Platform features to meet at least 70%+ of given business use cases efficiently.
• Customization vs. Configuration: Accurately evaluate the level of customization required, estimating effort, technical complexity, and long-term maintenance impact.
• End-to-End Design Flow: Define and articulate clear, structured, and comprehensive solution design flows from inception to deployment.
• Rapidly comprehend complex business processes and translate them into robust technical solutions.
• Bridge the gap between stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment on project goals.
• CRM Best Practices: Enforce strict adherence to Microsoft Dynamics 365 coding standards, plug-in guidelines, and architectural best practices.
• Integration Architecture: Design seamless, secure, and scalable integrations between D365 CE and external systems (ERP, Azure, third-party APIs, etc.).
• Security & Compliance: Establish enterprise-grade security models (Business Units, Security Roles, Field-Level Security, Teams) and compliance frameworks.
• Performance & Scalability: Optimize system performance, resolve database bottlenecks, and ensure scalability for high-volume enterprise environments.
• Troubleshooting: Provide expert-level troubleshooting for complex issues across existing codebases, integrations, and configurations.
• ALM & Deployment: Spearhead DevOps pipelines and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) approaches for smooth, automated code promotion across environments (Dev, Test, UAT, Prod).
• Risk Management: Identify architectural risks early and implement mitigation strategies.
• Cost & Delivery Value: Balance technical perfection with business value, delivery timelines, and overall project cost efficiency.
• Extensive hands-on experience implementing and architecting Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing) and the Power Platform.
• Proven track record of designing large-scale enterprise solutions with a strong emphasis on maximizing OOB functionality.
• Deep expertise in Azure integrations, Power Automate, Plugins, JavaScript, PCF components, and CI/CD pipelines for Dynamics 365.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and technical presentation skills.
