Short Description
We are seeking an experienced Manual QA Tester IVA / IVR (Spanish Speaker) with strong expertise in test planning, independent execution, troubleshooting, log analysis, and AI-driven conversational systems.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing comprehensive test cases from business and technical requirements, validating complex voice/IVA systems, analyzing logs, and ensuring high-quality user experience across voice and conversational platforms. This role requires deep practical knowledge not just theoretical familiarity with QA fundamentals, AI/agentic testing, and UX validation.

Detailed Job Description
4+ years of Manual QA experience.
Proven experience in IVR / IVA / conversational system testing.
Strong experience in:
Test planning and test case creation
Independent test execution
Defect lifecycle management
Hands-on experience with log verification and technical troubleshooting.
Experience testing AI-driven or NLP-based systems.
Strong understanding of conversational design principles.
Experience with API testing tools (Postman, SOAP UI, etc.).
Experience using Jira or similar defect management tools.
Native or fluent Spanish (required for conversational validation).
