Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end design process across Adobe products: from early concepts and wireframes through high-fidelity UI and polished, shippable specs.
- Translate user needs, business goals, and technical constraints into clear, elegant design solutions.
- Build and contribute to design systems, ensuring consistency and scalability across the product.
- Partner with user researchers to plan and interpret studies, and use insights to drive design decisions.
- Prototype interactions and flows to communicate ideas and validate them with users and stakeholders.
- Present and defend design decisions to cross-functional partners and leadership, and incorporate feedback gracefully.
- Collaborate with engineering through implementation to ensure the shipped experience matches the intended design.
- Design intuitive, trustworthy experiences for AI-powered features — including generative and assistive interactions, human-in-the-loop flows, and clear handling of uncertainty and error states.
