Summary
Job Title: Program Manager – Data Analytics
Duration: 6-12 Months
The candidate needs to be from NY/NJ area.
Required Qualifications
· 10–15+ years of experience leading large-scale data, analytics, or digital transformation programs in complex enterprises.
· Proven success managing multi-project portfolios with shared dependencies and executive visibility.
Strong understanding of:
· Enterprise data platforms and architectures
· Data governance and operating models
· Analytics, AI/ML activation, and value tracking
· Exceptional executive communication and influence skills.
· Demonstrated ability to drive alignment across Business, IT, Security, Legal, and external partners.
Preferred
· Experience in retail, wholesale, consumer, or luxury ecosystems.
· Exposure to modern cloud data platforms and governance stacks.
· Background in enterprise operating model transformation.
· Certifications: PgMP, PMP, SAFe LPM, Prosci, or equivalent.

· Cloud: AWS, Azure
· Analytics: MicroStrategy, Tableau, Qlik, PowerBI
· Data: Databricks, Prophecy, ADF, Snowflake
· SAP: BDC, Datasphere, S4
· Data Governance / Quality: Soda, Atlan
