Position Summary

Serve as the senior-most contractor leader for a federal Information Security as a Service (ISaaS) program. Provide executive-level program management, technical oversight, and strategic direction for all performance objectives supporting Security Assessment and Authorization (SAA) and Risk Management Framework (RMF) activities across multiple federal IT, cybersecurity, legal, and operational divisions.

Required Qualifications
  • 12+ years of progressive experience managing large-scale federal cybersecurity or RMF/SAA programs (minimum $10M+ annual value)
  • At least 5 years serving as Program or Project Lead for ISSO/ISSE support contracts within DoD, DOJ, DHS, or Intelligence Community environments
  • Proven track record delivering measurable results against strict performance metrics and KPIs
  • Demonstrated success in incumbent capture, rapid team ramp-up, and transition-in activities
  • Strong executive presence and experience briefing senior government leadership (SES / SES-equivalent)

Security Clearance
  • TS/SCI Eligible (must be able to obtain and maintain)

Location

Certifications
  • CISSP
  • CISM or CAP

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field required
  • Master's degree preferred

Ideal Background

Seeking candidates with prior experience supporting federal law enforcement, national security, intelligence, or defense organizations, including leadership roles within large federal integrators or consulting firms supporting cybersecurity, RMF, or enterprise security modernization initiatives.

Ideal candidates will possess strong program leadership capabilities, executive communication skills, and experience operating in fast-paced, high-visibility federal security environments.
