Salary: $50.00 USD Hourly - $55.00 USD Hourly
Description:
Experience:
1-3 years' work and/or educational experience in machine learning or cloud computing, experience using statistics and machine learning to solve complex business problems, experience conducting statistical analysis with advanced statistical software, experience scripting languages, and packages, experience building and deploying predictive models, experience web scraping, and scalable data pipelines and experience with big data analysis tools and techniques.
Education:
Master's degree in computer science, statistics, economics, or related fields
TECHNICAL SKILLS
Must Have
Direct experience with SQL programming and large database applications such as Oracle, DB2, SQL Server, SPSS, Teradata, and Hadoop
In lieu of a master's degree, a bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years work experience in analytics or data science
Master's degree in Decision Sciences, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science or Information Systems, Operations Research, or a STEM degree AND a minimum of 3 years of work experience in analytics or data science. If candidate has a PhD, no work experience is required.
