Job Title: Reltio MDM Architect

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Reltio MDM (Master Data Management) Architect to design, implement, and manage enterprise-wide MDM solutions using the Reltio platform. The ideal candidate will lead architecture decisions, ensure data quality and governance, and work closely with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable master data solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design and architect Reltio MDM solutions for domains such as Customer, Product, Supplier, or Location
Lead end-to-end MDM architecture, including data modeling, matching, merging, and survivorship rules
Define and implement data governance, data quality, and stewardship processes
Configure Reltio features such as entities, relationships, crosswalks, and reference data
Integrate Reltio with source systems and downstream applications using APIs, event streaming, and ETL tools
Guide development teams on Reltio best practices and architecture standards
Perform performance tuning and ensure scalability, security, and reliability
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate data requirements into technical solutions
Support production deployments, upgrades, and issue resolution
Create architecture documentation and technical design artifacts
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong hands-on experience with Reltio MDM platform
Solid understanding of Master Data Management (MDM) concepts and architecture
Experience in data modeling, match & merge rules, survivorship, and hierarchy management
Proficiency with REST APIs, JSON, and integration patterns
Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / Google Cloud Platform)
Strong SQL knowledge and understanding of data integration tools
Ability to lead architecture discussions and mentor team members
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Good to Have
Reltio certification
Experience with Informatica, MuleSoft, Kafka, or other integration tools
Exposure to data governance tools and frameworks
Knowledge of data security, privacy, and compliance standards
Agile / SAFe experience
Experience Level

5+ years in MDM
3+ years in Reltio (preferred)
