Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Azure Cloud Developer to design, develop, and modernize enterprise cloud applications using Microsoft Azure technologies. This role involves building scalable cloud-native applications, REST APIs, microservices, and modern web applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, high-performance solutions.

This opportunity is based in Richmond, VA, and is open to candidates within a 100-mile radius of Richmond, VA. The client is only considering candidates who can work without requiring present or future employment sponsorship.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain cloud-native applications using Microsoft Azure
• Build scalable REST APIs and microservices architectures
• Develop modern web applications using JavaScript/TypeScript and React, Angular, or Vue
• Integrate applications with Azure services, APIs, databases, and event-driven messaging
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and containerized deployments
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA, DevOps, and security teams
• Apply secure coding practices, cloud governance, and architectural best practices
• Mentor developers and participate in technical design and code reviews
