Our lab helps top-tier customers and partners build groundbreaking applications for Apple platforms by leveraging emerging technologies like Artificial Intelligence and Spatial Computing.\\n\\nIn this role, you will act as a bridge between cutting-edge AI engineering and enterprise customer success. You will partner with cross-functional teams to help the world's leading organizations design, build, and deploy intelligent systems powered by machine learning and large language models (LLMs). If you possess strong architectural thinking, deep AI/ML knowledge, robust software development skills, and a passion for customer-facing innovation, we want you on our team.

Consult & Architect: Dive deep into our customers' technical landscapes. Analyze their challenges, map out available technologies, and design thoughtful, actionable solutions that drive mutually agreed-upon outcomes.\n\nBuild & Innovate: Maintain and enhance the Innovation Lab's technical infrastructure. You will build and deliver high-impact, hands-on demonstrations showcasing the latest in emerging AI and Spatial Computing capabilities.\n\nEvangelize Best Practices: Act as a trusted advisor to technical teams at leading global organizations, sharing expert guidance on the development, integration, and deployment of AI-powered enterprise applications.\n\nLead with Empathy: Approach every customer interaction with deep curiosity, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams to consistently deliver excellent outcomes.

Experience & Education: BS in Computer Science (or equivalent degree) and 8+ years of relevant software engineering experience.\nAI/ML Expertise: A proven track record of building AI-powered applications. You are highly proficient in leveraging LLMs (prompt engineering, fine-tuning), implementing retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems, deploying traditional ML models, and integrating the Model Context Protocol (MCP).\nApple Ecosystem Mastery: Hands-on experience developing applications for Apple platforms using Swift, SwiftUI, and other core Apple technologies.\nEngineering Excellence: Strong software engineering fundamentals. You have shipped production systems and know exactly how to write clean, robust, reliable, and maintainable code.\nAgility & Communication: Demonstrated ability to rapidly learn new concepts and tools, paired with excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Enterprise Acumen: A broad understanding of common enterprise technologies, leading ecosystem solutions, and complex integration workflows.\nDesign & Ethics: Familiarity with human-centered AI design and a strong grasp of responsible AI principles.\nEmerging Tech: A solid understanding of Mobile Computing and hands-on experience or strong interest in Spatial Computing.\nMasterful Storytelling: The ability to craft and deliver compelling technical narratives that drive understanding, build relationships, and win support for key initiatives.\nDrive & Autonomy: Passionate and self-motivated, with outstanding attention to detail, a strong sense of urgency, and impeccable follow-through in ambiguous environments.
