Position Overview
We are seeking a high-performing, quota-carrying Sales Director focused on net-new business generation for ServiceNow-led AI and workflow automation solutions. This role requires a strong hunter mindset, deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform and modules, and the ability to leverage relationships across ServiceNow field sales, partner ecosystem, and enterprise clients.
The ideal candidate will drive early-stage opportunity creation, build pipeline momentum, and lead deals through closure by positioning Accion Labs’ AI-powered ServiceNow offerings and accelerators.
Key Responsibilities
1. Net-New Business Generation (ServiceNow Focus)
Proactively identify and create net-new opportunities centered on ServiceNow AI and workflow automation solutions
Leverage relationships with ServiceNow field sellers, partner ecosystem, and personal network to drive early pipeline momentum
Build and maintain a strong, qualified pipeline aligned to growth targets
2. ServiceNow Ecosystem Engagement
Build and maintain strong relationships with ServiceNow field sales teams, solution consultants, and partner leadership
Proven strong relationships with ServiceNow field sales, Leadership, Solution Consultants and Partner teams and being able to leverage those relationships to generate early momentum.
Generate new referrals and client introductions resulting in pipeline by executing joint GTM strategies with ServiceNow field sales, leadership, and partner teams
3. ServiceNow Solution Selling
Drive consulting and services revenue across key ServiceNow capabilities, including:
ITSM, ITOM, ITAM
CSM, HRSD, FSM
Now Platform workflow automation
ServiceNow AI (Now Assist, GenAI, automation use cases)
Position Accion Labs’ differentiated accelerators and AI-led solutions to stand out in competitive deals
4. Sales Cycle Ownership
Own the full sales lifecycle: prospecting → qualification → solutioning → closure → expansion
Navigate complex enterprise sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders
Partner with delivery and solution teams to craft compelling proposals and win strategies
5. Customer Relationship Management
Establish trusted advisor relationships with CIOs, CTOs, COOs, and business leaders
Understand client challenges and align ServiceNow solutions to business outcomes and operational efficiency goals
6. Quota Achievement
Consistently meet or exceed annual sales targets focused on net-new ServiceNow services revenue
Maintain a strong track record of $3M–$5M+ in annual bookings
7. Travel
Up to 25% travel for client engagements, partner meetings, and industry events
Qualifications
Experience: 5–10+ years selling ServiceNow consulting/services with a focus on net-new business generation
Ecosystem Relationships: Established relationships with ServiceNow field sellers, partner ecosystem, and leadership
Platform Expertise: Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform, modules, and solution positioning
AI & Automation: Experience selling AI-enabled workflow automation and digital transformation solutions
Track Record: Proven success in building pipeline and closing complex enterprise deals
Sales Skills: Deep understanding of solution selling, deal strategy, and stakeholder management
Communication: Strong executive presence with the ability to influence technical and business audiences
Education: Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
