Location: Charlotte, NC / Iselin, NJ / Chicago, IL / Frisco, TX (Hybrid)
Duration: Long Term Contract (18+ Months)
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Eagle STAR & PACE Production Support Analyst (L2/L3) to support critical investment management platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Eagle STAR Performance & Reporting and Eagle PACE Data Management, along with solid Oracle SQL/PLSQL skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide L2/L3 production support, incident management & RCA
Monitor batch jobs, troubleshoot data issues, and ensure SLA compliance
Support releases, deployments, and post-production validation
Work closely with business, development, and infrastructure teams
Required Skills:
Eagle STAR & Eagle PACE (must-have)
Production Support (L2/L3)
Oracle SQL / PL SQL
Investment / Asset Management domain
Experience with Security Master, Pricing, Corporate Actions, Performance
Nice to Have:
Control-M / Autosys
ServiceNow / Jira
FactSet / Eagle Accounting
