Job Details

Citibank, N.A. seeks an Engineering Lead Analyst for its Irving, TX location.

Duties: Provide direction for firm mandated controls and compliance initiatives, projects within the group, and in creating a technology domain roadmap. Develop and engineer software solutions for Citi's cloud infrastructure including the development of front-end interfaces, back-end APIs, and dashboards to facilitate and simplify the adoption of new technologies and practices. Define necessary system enhancements to deploy new products and process improvements. Recommend product customization for system integration. Identify problem causality, business impact and root cause of issues. Responsible for managing DBaaS web portal and back-end processes. Evaluate new Cloud technologies and perform proof of concept evaluations. Conduct application tuning, performance optimization and maintenance. Ensure adherence to engineering best practices by participating in extensive code reviews and software design decisions. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field, and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or in a related IT occupation developing and engineering software solutions. Three (3) years of experience must include: Full-stack application development utilizing Java (9+) and Spring Boot for backend services and utilizing Hibernate for object-relational mapping; Developing data visualization solutions using Python Dash framework to create interactive graphs and dashboards; Implementing robust automation solutions for database operations using uDeploy; Implementing bash shell scripts to execute Oracle SQL queries on RHEL database servers; Modernizing web applications involving transition from legacy Angular JS to new versions of Angular (10+); Engineering advanced user interfaces using Angular (10+) and AG Grid for complex data manipulation within front-end data tables; Optimizing UI performance for tables as well as designing and implementing responsive user interfaces to ensure optimal viewing experiences across a wide range of devices and screen sizes leveraging Angular features and libraries including AG Grid and bootstrap; and Utilizing modern software development tooling including GIT for source control, Bitbucket for repository management, Jira for task tracking, ServiceNow Change Management, Jenkins and specialized IDEs including IntelliJ and VSCode.
