Roles & Responsibilities:
Source and pre-screen engineering, technical, and business talent.
Build targeted sourcing strategies based on hiring needs.
Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, HireEZ, ClearanceJobs, Indeed, Boolean search, Google X-ray, and niche job boards.
Conduct phone screens and pre-qualify candidates.
Support hiring events and targeted career fairs.
Maintain CRM data integrity and track sourcing activity.
Attract and source cleared talent.
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers on staffing strategies.
Research market trends and competitor intelligence.
Provide weekly sourcing updates and pipeline insights.
Assess candidate cultural and technical fit.
Pre-close candidates to improve offer acceptance rates.
Basic Qualifications (Mandatory):
2+ years of sourcing and/or full-cycle recruiting experience.
Experience sourcing engineering talent (Systems, Software, Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace).
Experience sourcing non-technical roles (Business, Production, Operations, Supply Chain).
Experience sourcing cleared talent.
Strong experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
Agency and corporate recruiting experience.
Aerospace & Defense industry experience.
