Role Descriptions: Key Responsibilities
Develop/Implement/Test AI solutions for the Consumer Auto organization| including supporting vendor-developed Agentic AI models and its governance Leverage novel approaches to continuously improve model performance and business outcomes Advance responsible AI practices by integrating governance| ethical considerations| and security into every stage of model development and deployment Develop and maintain trustworthy benchmarks and operational performance monitoring for predictive models and GenAI and agentic systems Identify and champion new business opportunities by proposing and delivering innovative AI-driven solutions that create tangible value and competitive advantage.
Essential Skills:
Were looking for a highly skilled Senior Data Scientist with technical expertise and GenAI knowledge for our Auto Consumer Strategy & Analytics group. This candidate will be responsible for supporting initiatives across machine learning and AI model development| model governance| and emerging generative AI innovations. This candidate will also partner with business stakeholders| technology teams| and risk partners to deliver high-quality ML/AI solutions and tools| and ensure responsible| effective deployment of AI solutions. Successful candidates should have hands-on experience with data and modeling| while demonstrating strong communication skills and the ability to influence a complex organization.
