Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Scala Developer with strong experience in functional programming and large-scale data processing.
The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain distributed data systems and cloud-based applications.
This role requires hands-on development experience, strong problem-solving skills, and expertise in modern Scala ecosystems.

Requirement/Must Have:

Strong experience in Scala development.
Hands-on experience with functional programming libraries and frameworks.
Experience with large-scale data processing systems.
Strong proficiency in SQL, especially with large datasets.
Experience with distributed computing systems.
Practical, hands-on software development experience.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain scalable applications using Scala and functional programming principles.
Build and manage data processing pipelines for large-scale datasets.
Work with distributed systems and cloud platforms to deliver robust solutions.
Integrate applications with cloud services and external systems.
Implement asynchronous and concurrent programming techniques.
Write and maintain unit, component, and integration tests.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in distributed environments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams using version control and development best practices.

Should Have:

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud Platform.
Knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms.
Experience working with data processing tools and messaging systems.
Familiarity with JSON handling and serialization frameworks.

Skills:

Scala and functional programming.
SQL and database management.
Distributed systems and data processing.
Cloud computing and integrations.
Asynchronous and concurrent programming.
Testing and debugging.
Version control and collaboration.

Qualification And Education:

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Equivalent practical experience in software development.
