We are seeking a highly motivated, hands-on Digital Product Owner Web Platforms to join our amazing team! In this position you will own the end-to-end planning, delivery, and optimization of enterprise web platforms. This is a highly visible role partnering across Digital Marketing, IT, Engineering, and Analytics to translate business priorities into high-impact digital experiences.
This role requires a true Product Owner with prior PO experience, strong Agile execution, and the confidence to prioritize work on behalf of stakeholders while driving alignment and execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as Product Owner for enterprise web platforms, owning the backlog, sprint cadence, and delivery roadmap
- Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and capacity planning
- Define, write, and prioritize user stories and detailed requirements in partnership with business and IT teams
- Partner closely with IT and Engineering to manage development sprint cycles and ensure timely delivery
- Review, test, and validate functionality against requirements prior to release
- Confidently prioritize development tickets on behalf of stakeholders to ensure delivery of highest-value work
- Manage conflicting stakeholder feedback, driving consensus and forward momentum
- Drive technical SEO initiatives to improve organic traffic and site performance
- Define and maintain a product roadmap aligned to MVP delivery and continuous enhancement
- Use analytics and testing to support data-driven decision making
- Maintain and optimize web governance, including ticket triage, monitoring, alerts, and issue resolution
- Oversee releases from lower environments (UAT) through production
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in a Product Owner role (required)
- Proficiency with Jira, including backlog management, sprint planning, and ticket prioritizationProven experience partnering with IT and Engineering teams to manage Agile development cycles
- Strong ability to prioritize work on behalf of stakeholders and make trade-off decisions
- Demonstrated success managing conflicting inputs from multiple stakeholders to drive execution
- Hands-on experience with Sitecore CMS (highly desired)
- Working knowledge of managing content and configurations across UAT through production
- Positive - can do attitude
