Job Description:-
Role :- 1) Cyber Security Architect:-
Proven experience in designing and implementing security architectures for cloud environments (preferably Microsoft Azure)
Deep knowledge of:
Azure Active Directory / Entra ID, Conditional Access, and Identity Federation
Azure Security Centre / Defender, Key Vault, and encryption mechanisms
Azure network security (NSGs, firewalls, private endpoints)Secure SDLC and DevSecOps practices
Strong understanding of ISO 27001/27002, NIST CSF, CIS benchmarks, and cloud security frameworks
Mandatory certifications: Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate (AZ-500)
Preferred certifications: TOGAF, CISSP, CCSP, or other relevant cloud/security architecture certifications
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, business-oriented language.
Role:-2) Cyber Security Project Lead:
Proven experience in managing cybersecurity projects
Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to manage stakeholders and ensure project timelines are met
Experience with cybersecurity frameworks and regulations (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST CSF)Certifications like PMP, CSM, or CSPO are a plus.
Some key skills to look for in both candidates include ¹ ² ³:Cloud Security: Experience with cloud security solutions, such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud
Risk Management:
Ability to assess vulnerabilities and devise strategies to mitigate risks
Compliance: Knowledge of regulatory compliance frameworks, such as HIPAA, PCI-DSS, or ISO 27001Communication: Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Leadership:
Experience leading teams and managing projects
