Key Responsibilities
Administer, maintain, and optimize LIMS applications
Support LIMS installations, upgrades, testing, and validation
Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with vendors for technical resolutions
Develop SQL queries, Crystal Reports, and system documentation
Implement and maintain HL7 messaging and laboratory system integrations
Maintain laboratory equipment connectivity and network configurations
Support system backups, performance monitoring, and maintenance
Ensure compliance with HIPAA, CAP, and CLIA standards
Collaborate with IT teams, laboratory personnel, and external vendors
Provide technical training and support to laboratory staff
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience
Bachelor's degree, preferably in a scientific field
