Summary
Location: Onsite in the DFW area
Duration: 12+ month contract

Odyssey is looking for an experienced Project Manager to support a large-scale retail systems modernization initiative with one of our top clients. The successful Project Manager would lead multiple cross-functional workstreams, keeping projects on track from planning through execution.
Responsibilities:
- Manage project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, and status reporting
- Coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders
- Lead project meetings and drive action items to completion
- Track project financials, including forecasting and budget performance
- Ensure successful delivery across multiple workstreams
Must Haves:
- 8+ years of project management experience
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and complex projects
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing project budgets and financial reporting
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project
Nice to have:
- Experience with retail or enterprise system implementations
- Strong conflict resolution, adaptability, and collaboration skills
