Testing Lead

Job Title: Testing Lead (MMIS)
Location: Pierre, SD (On-site)
Duration: 12 Months

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Testing Lead with strong MMIS (Medicaid Management Information Systems) experience to support system enhancements and testing initiatives. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure successful testing and implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate testing efforts with project leads and IT teams
• Develop and document comprehensive test cases and scenarios
• Execute test plans, track results, and support defect resolution
• Analyze system impacts across integrated systems and business processes
• Collaborate with stakeholders to validate system functionality
• Participate in research, planning, and implementation of system changes
• Facilitate meetings and communicate testing outcomes and findings

Required Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with MMIS (Medicaid Management Information Systems)
• Strong experience in test case creation, execution, and defect tracking
• Ability to analyze data, identify issues, and provide solutions
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and stakeholder interaction skills
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (business & IT)
• Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines independently
