Summary

Role Overview: Seeking an experienced ServiceNow professional to support ongoing initiatives involving Customer Service Management (CSM), CRM integrations, solution design, and data management.

Key Responsibilities:

Support and enhance ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) solutions.
Design and support integrations between ServiceNow and Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or other CRM platforms.
Perform data mapping, transformation, migration, analysis, and reporting activities.
Contribute to solution design, integration architecture, and technical implementation.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to support ongoing ServiceNow initiatives.

Required Skills:

Strong ServiceNow CSM experience.
Hands-on experience with CRM integrations such as Salesforce or Dynamics.
Experience in data analysis, data management, mapping, transformation, and reporting.
Strong understanding of ServiceNow integrations and APIs.

Good communication, troubleshooting, and solution-design skills.
