We are looking for a Senior AI/ML Architect/Engineer to design and build a large-scale vector search platform for unstructured clinical data. This role involves working on advanced Al solutions such as embeddings, semantic search, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to enable fast and accurate data retrieval at enterprise scale.

Key Responsibilities

/ Design and implement AI/ML solutions for semantic search and vector databases

• Evaluate embedding models and chunking strategies for unstructured data
• Build scalable data pipelines (batch and streaming) for large datasets
• Develop RAG-based APIs and search capabilities
• Deploy and manage vector databases for high-performance search Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and compliant (PHI/HIPAA)

/ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver production-ready systems

Required Skills

• Strong experience in AI/ML, NLP, embeddings, and semantic search
• Hands-on experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, Milvus, Azure Al Search)
• Proficiency in Python and data engineering tools (Spark, Kafka)
• Experience building large-scale distributed systems
• Strong Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure/Google Cloud Platform/AWS)

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with healthcare or clinical data v Knowledge of RAG architectures and LLM integrations
• Experience with model fine-tuning or hybrid search techniques v Familiarity with security, IAM, and compliance frameworks

Must Skills

/ Candidates with end-to-end AI/ML system design experience

• Hands-on expertise in vector search or GenAl-based solutions

* Experience handling large data volumes (millions/billions of records)

• Strong problem-solving and architecture skills
