Job Summary

We are Seeking a Land Development Engineer/Project Manager with 4+ years of experience in land development and site-civil design, supporting residential, multifamily, commercial, industrial, and retail projects. Proficient in AutoCAD and Civil 3D, with strong expertise in site planning, grading, drainage, permitting, and construction documentation. Experienced in coordinating with clients, contractors, and local permitting agencies to deliver projects efficiently. Project Manager-level experience includes staff management, training, billing, collections, and proposal preparation

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of civil engineering experience
• Strong experience in land development and site-civil design
• Experience with residential, multifamily, commercial, industrial and/or retail projects
• Strong experience with:

• Site planning
• Grading and drainage
• Civil/site design
• Permitting
• Construction plans and specifications

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D
• Experience coordinating with clients and contractors
• Knowledge of local permitting agencies and regulations
• For Project Manager-level candidates:

• Staff management/training
• Billing/collections
• Proposal preparation

• NYS PE preferred, not mandatory
• Must be willing to work on-site in Melville, NY; valid driver's license required.
