Experience (Required)

·        7+ years of experience in requirements analysis and business process design

·        7+ years of experience architecting and developing complex solutions on the Salesforce platform

·        7+ years of extensive hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, Flows, SOSL, SOQL, Salesforce Administration, advanced architectural patterns, unit testing, and best testing practices

·        7+ years of strong experience with all Salesforce configuration and development aspects

·        7+ years of experience guiding and mentoring development teams on the appropriate use of Salesforce platform technologies

·        7+ years of experience with object-oriented design patterns and programming languages such as Apex, Java, JavaScript, C#, and Ruby

·        7+ years of experience with data migration strategies and common Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) tools

·        7+ years of experience designing and supporting mobile solutions, including on-platform mobile architecture and considerations

·        7+ years of experience with Salesforce Shield and Lightning Experience

Additional Technical Experience (Required)

·        5+ years of experience with Salesforce DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines

·        5+ years of experience with accessibility laws and WCAG 2.1 compliance

·        5+ years of experience using GitHub and/or Bitbucket version control systems

·        5+ years of experience working with Agile methodologies
