Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced QA Engineer Automated 3 to support the PCS Contract Operations team in enhancing and modernizing the System Contract Operating and Reporting application. This role will be responsible for both automated and manual testing activities to ensure application quality, compliance, and performance across the software development lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in automation frameworks, test execution, defect tracking, and Agile QA processes, along with hands-on experience in Playwright or similar automation technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and test cases using Playwright or similar automation tools.
• Perform manual testing activities whenever required.
• Create and execute comprehensive QA test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.
• Establish automated test execution schedules and generate test execution reports.
• Perform regression, functional, integration, system, and performance testing.
• Track, document, and manage defects using Jira or similar tools.
• Develop and maintain Requirements Traceability Matrices (RTM).
• Support application testing across Development, QA, UAT, and Production environments.
• Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Lead and coordinate UAT testing activities when needed.
• Troubleshoot failed test cases and provide timely resolution support.
• Participate in on-call production support activities as required.
• Ensure application accessibility compliance through accessibility testing practices.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of experience in Manual Test Script Execution.
• 8+ years of experience in Automated QA Testing.
• 8+ years of experience in QA Test Script Creation.
• 8+ years of experience in Performance Testing.
• Strong understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and QA methodologies.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Hands-on experience with defect tracking and test management tools.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Playwright, WebdriverIO, and JMeter.
• Knowledge of JavaScript and HTML.
• Experience with Jira, XRay, or Zephyr.
• Experience in QA automated test reporting.
• Accessibility testing experience.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
