Job Description:
Business Systems Analyst (AI-Driven Delivery & SpecKit)
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to analyze requirements and document business processes for various initiatives.
• Create user stories, functional specifications, process flows, data mapping documents, and acceptance criteria using SpecKit.
• Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, testing, and UAT activities to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Leverage AI tools such as M365 Copilot and SpecKit to improve requirement quality, traceability, and delivery speed. • Assist in identifying opportunities for process automation, standardization, and business value realization.
