We are seeking a Senior Software Test Engineer with strong expertise in functional testing, automation, API validation, performance testing, and enterprise integrations. The role requires hands-on technical skills, leadership abilities, and experience working in Agile environments to ensure high-quality enterprise applications.

• Lead QA strategy and implement best practices for enterprise applications (Payments, CRM).
• Mentor junior QA engineers and provide technical leadership.
• Design and develop automation frameworks using Playwright (Python) and Pytest.
• Perform API automation testing using REST Assured.
• Conduct performance and load testing using tools like Locust, JMeter, or LoadRunner.
• Validate data integrity using SQL (joins, multi-table queries, CTEs).
• Maintain and enhance legacy automation scripts using UFT/VBScript.
• Integrate automated testing into Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile environments.
• Perform security and compliance testing (PCI DSS, GDPR, HIPAA).
• Ensure accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.1/2.2).
• Conduct accessibility testing using tools like JAWS and NVDA.
• Manage test cases using Azure Test Plans or similar tools.
• Create and maintain documentation (BRD, FRD, SRS, RTM).
• Handle test environment setup and test data management.

• 8+ years of experience in software testing (automation + performance).
• Strong experience with Playwright (Python) and Pytest.
• Experience with API testing using REST Assured.
• Strong SQL skills for data validation.
• Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 testing.
• Experience with performance testing tools (Locust, JMeter, LoadRunner).
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Git.
• Knowledge of security standards (PCI, GDPR, HIPAA).
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1/2.2).
• Experience with assistive technologies (JAWS, NVDA).
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

• Certifications in Dynamics 365, Python, SQL, or Agile.
• Knowledge of C#, .NET, or Java.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with Azure Test Plans or similar tools.
• Familiarity with SAFe or scaled Agile frameworks.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
