Introduction
We are seeking an experienced Light Duty Diesel Technician in Kiowa, CO.
This is an A-Level or strong B-Level opportunity paying $45-$55 per flagged hour based on experience, with $100,000+ annual earning potential based on experience and productivity.
You\'ll work Monday-Friday in an established, family-owned repair environment that values quality workmanship, ongoing training, and long-term professional growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform advanced automotive diagnostics and troubleshooting.
- Diagnose electrical, drivability, and mechanical concerns.
- Diagnose and repair light-duty diesel vehicles.
- Complete general automotive maintenance and repairs.
- Manage vehicles from initial diagnosis through completed repair.
- Accurately identify needed parts and recommended repairs.
- Maintain strong productivity while delivering quality workmanship.
- Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe.
Qualifications
- Strong professional automotive repair background.
- A-Level or strong B-Level technical ability.
- Light-duty diesel repair experience is required.
- Strong electrical, drivability, and mechanical diagnostic skills.
- Ability to diagnose and complete repairs independently.
- Proven record of quality workmanship and productivity.
