SAP HCM

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support SAP HCM Time Management solutions in an on-premise environment.
• Design, modify, and troubleshoot SAP Time Schemas (TM04 and custom schemas).
• Develop and maintain Personnel Calculation Rules (PCRs), operations, and functions.
• Configure and support Time Evaluation (PT60) and related processes.
• Analyze and resolve complex time management and payroll-related issues.
• Configure work schedules, period work schedules, and day types for 24/7 operational environments.
• Manage absence and attendance processing, quota generation, and time transfer specifications.
• Debug and trace time schema logic using PE01, PE02, PT60 logs, and PT_DOC00.
• Collaborate with payroll teams to ensure seamless integration between Time Management and SAP Payroll.
• Support wage type generation and payroll processing through ZES and ZL tables.
• Document configurations, business processes, and functional specifications.
• Provide recommendations for process improvements and compliance requirements.
