Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Architect – Supply Chain & ERP Analytics to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-scale data, analytics, and reporting solutions. This role will focus on integrating data from multiple Microsoft Dynamics ERP platforms across North America and Europe and building a scalable, unified analytics ecosystem.

The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of expertise in Microsoft Dynamics ERP, Data Architecture, Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, Supply Chain Analytics, and Enterprise Reporting. This individual will work closely with business and technology stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable, high-performing, and governed data and analytics solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Architecture & Data Strategy

• Design and lead end-to-end enterprise data and analytics architecture.
• Define scalable data integration strategies across:
  • Microsoft Dynamics Business Central
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (F&SCM)
  • Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012
• Develop and maintain a unified enterprise data model supporting:
  • Products
  • Customers
  • Vendors
  • Inventory
  • Warehousing
  • Procurement
  • Manufacturing
  • Supply Chain Operations
• Establish enterprise-wide data standards, architecture principles, governance frameworks, and integration best practices.
• Lead architecture design sessions and provide technical direction throughout project delivery.

Data Engineering & Data Warehousing

• Design and implement scalable ETL/ELT frameworks and enterprise data pipelines.
• Define data ingestion, transformation, enrichment, and integration strategies.
• Develop modern data warehouse and analytics architectures.
• Design dimensional and enterprise data models to support reporting and analytics requirements.
• Ensure data quality, performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability across analytics platforms.
• Support Master Data Management (MDM) and enterprise data governance initiatives.
• Optimize SQL, database performance, and large-scale data processing.

Analytics & Business Intelligence

• Design analytics and reporting solutions supporting:
  • Inventory Optimization and Visibility
  • Safety Stock Analysis
  • Supplier Performance
  • Procurement Analytics
  • Demand vs. Supply Planning
  • Purchase Order Tracking
  • Warehouse Operations
  • Manufacturing Performance
  • On-Time Delivery Metrics
• Partner with business stakeholders to define KPIs, metrics, dashboards, and reporting frameworks.
• Enable scalable self-service analytics and enterprise reporting capabilities.
• Support visualization and reporting solutions using Power BI, Tableau, Incorta, or similar BI tools.

Stakeholder & Delivery Management

• Conduct discovery workshops and architecture design sessions with business and technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with supply chain, procurement, finance, operations, IT, and external partners.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical architectures.
• Provide technical leadership, governance, and architectural oversight throughout the project lifecycle.
• Mentor data engineers, developers, and analytics teams on architecture and engineering best practices.
• Drive alignment between ERP, data, analytics, and business transformation initiatives.

Required Qualifications

Experience

• 10+ years of experience in Data Architecture, Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, or Enterprise Analytics.
• Extensive experience designing enterprise-scale analytics and reporting solutions.
• Strong experience integrating multiple enterprise systems and data sources.
• Proven experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing, Distribution, or Operations Analytics.

Microsoft Dynamics ERP Expertise

Hands-on experience with one or more of the following:

• Microsoft Dynamics Business Central
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (F&SCM)
• Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012

Strong understanding of ERP business processes, including:

• Inventory Management
• Procurement and Sourcing
• Warehouse Management

Data Architecture & Engineering

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

• Hands-on experience with Incorta architecture, data modeling, and dashboard development.
• Experience implementing enterprise analytics solutions using Incorta.
• Knowledge of Incorta Direct Data Mapping and performance optimization techniques.
• Experience with Azure Data Services and modern cloud analytics platforms.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other BI visualization tools.
• Experience with multi-country ERP consolidation and global reporting programs.
• Background in Manufacturing, Distribution, Logistics, or Supply Chain industries.
• Experience with AI-enabled analytics, advanced analytics, or self-service reporting platforms.
