Job Title: Desktop Support Technician

Location: Santa Fe, NM (Onsite)

Job Type: Full-Time Contract | 40 Hours/Week

Job Description:
We are seeking a Desktop Support Technician to provide onsite technical support to end users and maintain reliable operation of desktop systems within a Microsoft-based environment. The ideal candidate will have experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide onsite support for desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software.
Respond to and resolve help desk tickets in a timely manner.
Support Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, and Active Directory environments.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues through structured troubleshooting.
Manage ticket lifecycle, documentation, and escalations.
Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues.
Maintain accurate records of incidents, resolutions, and system changes.
Handle multiple support requests based on priority and business impact.

Required Skills:

Experience in desktop support or technical support roles.
Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and basic networking.
Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or similar tools.
Knowledge of Microsoft Windows environments and Microsoft 365 applications.
Experience with Active Directory, Outlook, and Teams.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced onsite environment.
