Description:
We are seeking a Senior Ansible Consultant with strong RHEL expertise to design and implement automation solutions within a mainframe environment. This role requires hands-on Ansible skills and the ability to mentor and train mainframe teams while driving automation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement Ansible automation for RHEL systems

• Mentor and train mainframe teams on automation best practices

• Work within mainframe environments, including LPARs, storage, and related technologies

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable automation solutions

• Effectively manage challenging stakeholders and demanding environments

Requirements:

• Strong Ansible automation expertise

• Solid understanding of RHEL

• Knowledge of mainframe concepts (LPARs, storage, etc.)

• Excellent communication and mentoring skills

• Ability to perform well under pressure in complex environments
