Project Manager
Location: Remote

Pay Rate: $50 - $75 per hour depending on experience

Job Summary
Our clients are always looking for experienced and organized Project Managers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and a strong understanding of the insurance industry, with a preference for Property and Casualty (P&C). You will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and close IT projects in the insurance sector.
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Manage project teams, providing direction and support to ensure project success.
Monitor and report on project progress to all stakeholders.
Identify and manage project risks and issues.
Must-Haves
Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role.
Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and risk management.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Experience in the insurance industry, with a preference for Property and Casualty (P&C).
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Nice-to-Haves
PMP or other project management certification.
Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Knowledge of insurance-specific regulations and compliance requirements.
A bachelor s degree in a related field.
