IT Manager

The IT Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day information technology operations and ensuring reliable, secure, and effective technology support for the organization. This role leads IT support activities, manages resources, and partners with internal stakeholders to align technology services with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage IT staff, including training, task prioritization, and performance oversight
• Oversee daily IT operations, ensuring timely issue resolution and a positive user experience
• Establish and maintain standard processes, documentation, and best practices
• Manage escalations and resolve complex technical or operational issues
• Partner with business teams to understand needs and provide practical technology solutions
• Oversee IT asset management, including inventory, maintenance, and replacement planning
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers as needed
• Support basic budget tracking and purchasing decisions
• Collaborate with other technical teams to maintain system reliability and security
• Support onboarding and offboarding of users and equipment
• Provide guidance and training to improve technology adoption and usage

Experience

• Several years of experience in IT support, IT operations, or a related role
• Prior experience leading or supervising IT staff preferred

Skills & Knowledge

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• General understanding of IT security and access controls
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of technical issues
• Experience supporting common business technologies (end-user devices, operating systems, productivity tools)
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Work Environment

• Full-time role
• Combination of independent work and collaboration with internal teams
• May require occasional on-call or after-hours support

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $115000.00/yr.
