This role will work closely with business, technology, risk, compliance, operations, and customer experience teams to define product vision, prioritize roadmaps, and deliver secure, scalable, and customer-focused solutions.

The ideal candidate combines strong product management expertise with knowledge of banking, financial services, digital channels, payments, lending, deposits, or related regulated products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with engineering, UX/UI, architecture, data, operations, risk, legal, and compliance teams to deliver product capabilities.
  • Manage the product backlog and prioritize features based on value, risk, regulatory requirements, customer needs, and technical feasibility.
  • Lead products through the complete lifecycle, including strategy, discovery, development, testing, launch, adoption, and continuous improvement.
  • Facilitate stakeholder discussions, product reviews, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and roadmap sessions.
  • Monitor product performance using customer feedback, analytics, operational metrics, and financial results.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer experience, operational efficiency, revenue, and product adoption.
  • Ensure products comply with banking regulations, information security standards, privacy requirements, and internal controls.
  • Identify and manage product risks, dependencies, issues, and delivery constraints.
  • Present product strategy, status, decisions, and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to associate and mid-level product managers.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in product management, product ownership, business analysis, or technology delivery.
  • 3+ years of experience leading products or product portfolios in banking, financial services, fintech, payments, lending, deposits, or a related regulated industry.
  • Demonstrated experience defining product strategy, roadmaps, backlogs, and measurable outcomes.
  • Strong experience working with Agile and product development methodologies.
  • Experience translating business and customer needs into detailed requirements and user stories.
  • Strong understanding of banking processes, customer journeys, risk controls, and regulatory considerations.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, facilitation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and prioritization skills.
