Release Manager (with IVR Background)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Release Manager with a strong background in IVR (Interactive Voice Response) environments to oversee, coordinate, and govern software releases across complex enterprise telecom and contact center systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and coordinate release schedules, builds, and deployment paths across multiple environments (Dev, QA, Staging, Production).

• Partner closely with development, QA, and IVR engineering teams to ensure seamless code promotions and minimal service disruption.

• Coordinate deployment dependencies, manage release risks, and execute fallback/rollback strategies when necessary.

• Communicate release status, risks, and blockers clearly to technical and business stakeholders.

• Enforce release governance, compliance, and configuration management best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Release Manager within enterprise IT environments.

• Strong background supporting IVR, Contact Center, or telecom systems.

• Excellent understanding of CI/CD pipelines, build management, and software release lifecycles (SDLC).

• Strong communication, risk mitigation, and cross-functional coordination skills.
