Role: Kinaxis Developer
Location: San Diego,CA - Remote with some travel
Job Description:
1. Develop, configure, and customize solutions using Kinaxis RapidResponse to support supply chain planning and optimization processes.
2. Design and implement supply planning solutions, including demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, and production scheduling.
3. Perform Kinaxis Workbook Authoring, including creating, modifying, and maintaining workbooks, worksheets, data views, and planning dashboards.
4. Collaborate with business stakeholders and supply chain teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
5. Configure planning models, business rules, calculations, and workflows within Kinaxis RapidResponse to meet business requirements.
6. Integrate Kinaxis RapidResponse with ERP systems and other enterprise applications to ensure accurate and timely data exchange.
7. Troubleshoot technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and optimize existing Kinaxis solutions for improved performance and reliability.
8. Support testing activities, including unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment of Kinaxis solutions.
9. Provide technical guidance, prepare solution documentation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
10. Support ongoing enhancements, maintenance, and continuous improvement of supply chain planning processes using Kinaxis RapidResponse.
Required Skills
- 12+ years of overall IT experience, with strong hands-on experience in Kinaxis development.
- Expertise in Kinaxis RapidResponse and Supply Planning.
- Strong experience in Kinaxis Workbook Authoring.
- Knowledge of supply chain planning processes, data integration, and business rule configuration.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.
