Job Title: Civil Engineer and Construction Manager Location: Phoenix, AZ (Onsite) Job Type :- Contract/W2 Job Description & Skill Requirement:
- The Civil Engineer resource shall perform the following as one integrated service scope:
- Work with engineering team to design, review and Stamp off on Drawings.
- Supervise and Coordinate with CMO during Construction of a the Project
- Draft clear SOWs for EIs and support preparation of EI packages, including scope, deliverables, quantities, schedule expectations and supplier-response requirements.
- Answer basic vendor queries using available project information and coordinate unresolved technical or commercial questions with the appropriate stakeholder.
- Equipment Tracking: maintain an Excel-based equipment tracker.
- Maintain action logs, issue logs, decision records and recurring project status reporting.
- Identifiy potential risks during design phase to lower number of change orders and costs
Client/FMCG Domain/Powder Process /Pharma Industry Experience Experience- 7 -10 Years
