Job Title:  Guidewire PolicyCenter Developer - w2 only
Location:  Toronto, ON. Hybrid ( 2 days) – Okay with remote as well
Duration: 6 months
Rate: $68.19/w2

Essential Skills: The Guidewire PolicyCenter Domain Consultant is responsible for driving functional design| requirement analysis| configuration| and implementation of Guidewire PolicyCenter (PC). 
The role focuses on insurance domain expertise| product configuration| workflow design| rating| underwriting| and supporting endtoend policy lifecycle implementations.

Skills: Digital : Guidewire PolicyCenter

Experience Required: 8- 15 years

•       Top 3 Required Skills:
1. Gosu programming language, Guidewire Studio
2. Expertise in Integrations (SOAP/REST APIs)
•       3. Guidewire Certification is must (Specialist or Professional or ACE)
•       4. Strong Understanding of P&C Insurance Domain

•       Education Requirements: Bachelors in Engineering

•       Experience configuration and integration activities for Guidewire PolicyCenter implementations
•       Design, develop, and implement solutions using Guidewire PolicyCenter, including configuration, integration, and custom development.
•       Customize PolicyCenter using Gosu programming language, Guidewire Studio, and other tools.
•       Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
•       Provide technical integration (or) configuration guidance, coaching for the team to develop & deliver.
•       Review the design and code of team members and peers
•       Manage scope, estimate work, build plan and schedule, track and deliver to plan
•       Clearly communicate, work with onsite/offshore teams and the client as required to deliver effectively.
•       Experience with Scrum or other Agile development methodologies.
•       Insurance Knowledge specifically Personal Lines and Commercial Lines
•       Partner with client business teams to understand business objectives and configuration/integration requirements.
•       Guidewire Associate Certified is a must ACE will be added value.
