Essential functions
Design, build, and maintain highly available cloud and on-premises Kubernetes environments (AWS, CloudStack, RHEL KVM).
Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform, Ansible, Python, and implement CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, ArgoCD, and Harness.
Manage AWS services and on-prem virtualization with VMware, NetApp and FSxN.
Implement monitoring and observability using Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, and OTEL; define SLOs and dashboards.
Perform disaster-recovery planning and execute migrations from on-prem to AWS.
Develop automation for DNS management, Active-Directory to GitHub synchronization, and internal YUM repositories.
Lead secrets-management migration (HCL Consul to in-house store) and ensure compliance with security best practices.
Collaborate with global SRE teams to troubleshoot production incidents and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications
Bachelor of Science in any engineering field.
At least TWO (2) years of experience in the job offered or at least TWO (2) years of experience in the following:
1. AWS Cloud Services
2. Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and CloudFormation
3. Configuration Management with Ansible
4. Containerization & Orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes
5. CI/CD Pipelines with Jenkins, Harness and Git-based workflows.
6. Monitoring & Logging using Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK/EFK stacks.
7. Scripting & Automation in Python and Shell (Bash).
