Summary

The Product Actualization Analyst supports monthly close activities, including recording actuals and accrals, ensuring accurate accounting transactions, and partnering closely with Commercial teams, Billing, Refinery Analysts, Inventory & Exchange, and Master Data. This role requires strong collaboration, analytical skills, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities:


  • Record product purchases and sales (third-party and intercompany) in SAP S4 using pipeline and custody documentation

  • Perform monthly close activities, including accruals, actuals, and entry validation

  • Monitor offshore SLAs to ensure timely and accurate data processing

  • Support the deal-to-dollar process using SAP S4 and related systems

  • Resolve discrepancies related to inventory, volumes, and invoicing

  • Assist with audit activities, including documentation and data validation

  • Partner with Schedulers and Traders to resolve issues and maintain data consistency

  • Meet daily/monthly deadlines and support team initiatives


Required Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree

  • Advanced Excel skills (XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, PivotTables, reporting)

  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

  • Self-starter with the ability to manage priorities and build relationships


Preferred Qualifications:


  • Degree in Accounting or Finance

  • SAP/SAP S4 experience

  • Oil & Gas industry experience
