- Solution Architecture Design: Lead the design and development of scalable and high-performance architecture solutions using MS Dynamics 365 CRM, Azure Data Factory, Power Automate, MS Power Platform, Microsoft Dataverse, and Azure API Management.
- End-to-End Implementation: Oversee end-to-end implementation of solutions, ensuring all systems and components integrate seamlessly while meeting functional and non-functional requirements.
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring best practices in coding, testing, and deployment processes.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solution designs that meet business objectives.
- Integration Expertise: Design and implement integrations between MS Dynamics 365, third-party applications, Azure services, and on-premise systems using Azure API Management and other integration tools.
- Data Strategy and Management: Architect solutions to manage and govern data within Microsoft Dataverse and ensure data integrity, quality, and compliance across platforms.
- Automation & Workflow Optimization: Design, develop, and implement automated workflows using Power Automate and Power Platform to improve business processes and drive operational efficiency.
- Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends, continuously evaluating opportunities to innovate and enhance current systems and solutions.
- Documentation & Best Practices: Maintain clear documentation for architectural designs, implementation processes, and system integrations, ensuring knowledge sharing and adherence to best practices.
- Troubleshooting & Support: Provide expert-level troubleshooting and support for complex issues across the MS Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform, and Azure-based solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in designing and implementing enterprise-level solutions with Microsoft technologies, particularly MS Dynamics 365 CRM, Azure Data Factory, and MS Power Platform.
- Strong experience with Azure API Management Services and integration strategies for cloud-based and on-premise systems.
- Expertise in Power Automate Flows for automating workflows and processes.
- Deep understanding of Microsoft Dataverse for data modeling and integration.
- Proficient in Azure Data Factory for building data pipelines and data integration solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of MS Dynamics 365 CRM configuration, customization, and integration with other Microsoft and third-party applications.
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture, security, and scalability in Azure environments.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to mentor junior team members and help them grow technically.
- Microsoft Certifications (e.g., MS Dynamics 365, Azure Architect, Power Platform) are a plus.
- Experience with DevOps practices in managing deployments and CI/CD pipelines for Microsoft-based solutions.
