We are seeking a Middleware Support Engineer with strong expertise in Linux environments, middleware technologies, API testing, and CI/CD automation. The ideal candidate will support middleware operations, troubleshoot system issues, and ensure reliable application integration in a production environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage, configure, and support middleware applications in Linux environments
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot middleware related issues
• Perform API testing using Postman and REST Assured
• Support application integration and middleware operations
• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams for deployments and issue resolution
• Support CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Ansible
• Monitor application and system performance using observability tools
• Handle incident management and production support activities
• Ensure system reliability, security, and performance compliance

Requirements:

• Strong experience with Linux administration and troubleshooting
• Hands-on experience with WebSphere MQ or middleware technologies
• Experience with API testing tools such as Postman and REST Assured
• Experience supporting production environments
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and Ansible
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or Kibana
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Docker or containerization technologies
• Knowledge of databases such as MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server, or MongoDB
• Experience working with incident management tools such as ServiceNow
• Experience with automation or scripting
